The Deal
The Deal is the story of Hannah Wells and Garrett Graham.
Hannah is the numero uno in her class who constantly scores As.
She has her eyes on a football player Justin.
Hannah has a hard crush on Justin and she wishes that he would look at her too.
Garrett on the other hand wants to make it big in hockey. He wants to play professional hockey after graduation but his falling GPA is a big hurdle to his dreams.
Garrett wants Hannah to teach him so that he can bring his GPA up. Hannah is anything but interested in tutoring him.
So, Garrett proposes that he would help elevate her status by pretending to date her so that she could get on Justin’s radar by making him jealous.
In exchange, Garrett wants Hannah to give him tuition.
Things get weirder when they kiss and ultimately have steamy sex.
The Mistake
John Logan is a hockey player who has a casanova reputation. He gets every girl he wants. He parties and drinks.
But behind all this hooking up with girls, he is worried about what follows after graduation.
Actually, the parties and random hook-ups are nothing but distractions from what awaits after college.

Grace is amazed that she is kissing the most popular and handsome guy in college. She is starting to have feelings for him when John realizes that he wants nothing serious with Grace.

But Allie starts getting jealous when she knows of Dean’s other hookups and Dean gets jealous when other boys show interest in Allie.
Then happens a life-changing event in Dean’s life - a tragedy strikes.
Now Allie has two options either to walk away or stand by Dean.

The Goal
This novel by Elle Kennedy does have a connection with the previous novels of the Off Campus series.
John Tucker is the hero in this book who lives in a rented apartment with roommates Garrett, John Logan, and Dean Di Laurentis.
John Tucker is the ‘mom’ of the house. He cleans, cooks, and makes sure that each of his roommates eats well.
Tucker plays hockey but doesn’t want to make a career in NHL rather he wants to own a business. He is calm, has a composed attitude, and keeps a sexy beard.
Sabrina James, on the other hand, wants to graduate from Briar University, get into Harvard, and then get a high-paying job in a cutting-edge law firm.
She doesn’t want to live in poverty and get away from her troublesome life at home.
Sabrina doesn’t have time for relationships but she does want sex.
One thing leads to another and Sabrina and John Tucker have sex. The sex they had was the best one of Sabrina’s life.
Sabrina doesn’t want a relationship with anyone and Tucker is no exception but wait a minute! Sabrina is pregnant with Tucker’s child.
Now, what will happen to her plan of going to Harvard?
The Chase
Summer Hayward DeLaurentis, yes, the sister of Dean Di-Laurentis, from The Score has been kicked out of college because she did something terrible. She is from a wealthy New York family.
She thus moves to Briar University where she can’t get into a sorority house. So she takes help from her brother Dean who arranges his fellow hockey players to be her roommates.
One of the guys is Colin Fitzgerald known as Fitzy. Fitzy is tall, he is incredibly sexy and is a tattoo covered hockey player who thinks of himself as a nerd.
Maybe he is not wrong because he spends his free time on reviewing and designing video games.
Summer is attracted to him from the first time she met him and he finds himself insanely attracted to Summer as well but he always goes the other way.
Why? Because Summer’s brother is his buddy.
Also Fitzy feels that Summer is rich, beautiful but likes drama, a drama-type queen and Colin hates drama.
Overall, a good young adult sports romance that Elle Kennedy has written in her Off Campus series.
